Hi, thanks for your post! Senator Strongwood actually never says that the study commissioned by his party is more objective than the one commissioned by the administration. This is why (E) is wrong. By contrast, he does assume that other senators will believe his party's report over that commissioned by the administration, which is why (B) is right. Hope this helps!
