I also don't understand why E isn't correct. Doesn't both 5th and 2nd HAVE to go after 7th street because theres no afternoons left because monday and tuesday are taken and wednesday they don't clean?

Never mind I see now it says 'could be false' not 'must be false' so does that mean they're looking for the answer that could be also be true too?
