The explanation doesn't go over WHY answer E won't work and that's the issue I have with LSAYMax ! Once the instructor finds an answer, they don't bother to explain why the remaining answer choices don't work and this sucks when the answer is A or B because we're left at least 3 options that have zero explanation

Thanks for your question. E doesn't work because the first rule tells us that when Yellow and Purple are next to each other, then any surrounding beads need to be Red.

If there is an orange bead 4th from the clasp, then answer choice E would give us the following situation: OPY_

This violates rule 1 because one bead next to the YP pair is not Red.

Thanks! I realized I missed that the rule stated R had to be both before and after that pairing.
