@Zahra and @rmkrutz@crimson.ua.edu We don't quite have the support from the passage for A. We don't know the actual legal foundation, which is more something that happens at a point in time, like the writing of our Constitution. What we DO know is that their ever-evolving laws mentioned around line 45 is what we mainly had as a point of conflict. It wasn't so much one point of time as a whole body of legislation.
