@Christy-Earls, the last line is the conclusion. This is kind of tricky because the conclusion is that someone else's conclusion is weak.

It then tells you what these two independent sufficient reasons are: (1) because of "health considerations" and (2) to avoid "living at the expense of other conscious creatures."
