Why not A?

I understand why D is correct, but I need help understanding why A is not correct. Could you please help me see what's incorrect about A? Thanks!

@jleav the problem with (A) is "ethicist's view that society does not value individuality as much as many opponents of cloning think it does."

We have absolutely no clue what the ethicist thinks about the value society is placing on individuality, so (A) does not pass the "Must Be True" prong of Argument Structure questions.

As such, (A) would be eliminated.

I still don't quite understand why isn't A the correct answer, further illustration would be appreciated.
