Answer Choice B

Having a hard time distinguishing b/w B & C. Is it because B mentions that they are "considering for purchase" and C States that people have "already decided to buy"?

B is saying that people who want to test drive a car can drive the exact one that they would, theoretically, drive right off the lot. If that were true, it wouldn't really hurt the argument. It very well still may be the case that the car is unusually impressive, and people can buy the one they test, so they buy it.
C on the other hand, if true, would hurt the argument. The advertisement is saying that the reason 80% of people who test drive then buy the car are doing so because it's essentially a very good drive. But what if there was another reason - what if the drivers had already decided to buy it, and were just doing the test drive to double check? Perhaps they chose it based on price or safety ratings, not on the quality of driving. C gives plausible alternatives and casts doubt on the soundness of the implication of the advertisement.
