They use the Yeti as an analogy here, so it's not necessarily the point of the argument, just a metaphor. Because they mention it heavily in the prompt, it's definitely meant to be intriguing to select a prompt with it! Since you're looking for the point of the argument, you're essentially distilling the argument down to the main point. The yeti discussion is meant to further the argument that the absence of proof is not the same thing as definitive proof, which is what C says.
