questions in print

are any of these passages printed anywhere in the books or is there a pdf or something I can print out so I can look at them on paper? It's extremely difficult to continuously read off the screen, and I think its counterproductive since on the actual test we will have a pencil and paper in front of us to circle things and write notes in the margin.

I understand that answer choice D comes from line 3. But, lines 25 to 39 basically state answer choice E because without the surge in gas content it would be more liquid and there would be no loss of "head", therefor not preventing it from producing enough energy to get to shore. So, how do I know which one to eliminate?
