@Ashley-Tien, there's not going to be specific lines that I can point to for this because it incorporates the overall meaning of both passages. The question is asking for the principle that is active in both, and the principle described in (B) is the reason why passage B claims that the citizenship element of Capotorti's definition of a minority is unfair and why passage A talks about the particular challenges facing the Roma people in lines 17-20. With a principle question, you're not looking for direct evidence within the passage but rather finding the assumption that the passage is taking for granted. These can be really tricky, but I hope that helps.

@Ashley-Tien, also, if you got to the right answer by the process of elimination, then you did it right. That's generally what it takes with principle questions.
