Can you not combine statements for this to justify D Montague -> not love, combined with in the 3rd premise, with the contrapositive of the 5th premise if Montague -> not Capulet, with the stimulus if Montague -> not intemperate, to conclude that: If not crossed in love, not a Capulet, not intemperate, take the contrapostive of this statement to conclude if intemperate, then a Capulet, then love, to then infer D? In this scenario you are taking the contrapositive of Intemperance, to draw a deduction about the necessary condition, Capulet?

Here, we know some people are Capulets and some are Montagues, but we don't know that ALL people are either Capulets or Montagues. So we can't deduce that all intemperate people are Capulets, just that they aren't Montagues.
