Does the statement K is advertised during one of the first 2 weeks not restrict it to only the first two weeks? Or does that just mean it has to appear at least once in the first two weeks.

That rule means that K has to appear at least once in the first two weeks, but it does not restrict K from appearing a second time on later weeks.
