Explanation

Why is the answer E and not D? Can someone please explain how to break down the question using quantifiers?

It is E because D does not support the passage in that the example tells us Europa does not have many meteorite craters and D is some of its moons are heavily pockmarked. The thing is how do we know that and of course Europa for all we know is one of many moons on Jupiter that actually has very few meteorite craters.
