Thanks for your question. We can answer this question using contrapositives.

We know from the question stem that Moore is sitting in row 1.

We know from the rules that:
If Kelly occupies a window seat, Moore sits in row 3. (The contrapositive of this is if Moore does NOT sit in row 3, Kelly does not occupy a window seat.) In other words, with this question stem, Kelly occupies an aisle.

We also know from the rule 1 that both H and G sit in aisle seats, H right behind G. So we have our three aisle sitters, and we know it will either be

K
G
H

Or

G
H
K

(Because H sits immediately behind G.)

We also know our two row 1 possibilities: MK or MG (remembering that Moore is in row 1 in the prompt).

Because in neither case can Imamura be in row 1, we have another contrapositive: not I1 then not K3.

Therefore, K has to be in row 1, and we know that answer D is correct.
