I've had the same problem here, which resulted major confusion in comparing my answers done in the workbook to those in the online review. In addition to this, the system counts answers within the Passage 8 set as incorrect, even though the answers match what is written in the workbook. The missing question is included when checking answers, but not listed when working on the questions themselves. When grading, it includes the missing question and subsequently assigns the wrong answer choices to the questions which are hidden/out of order in the review section. I'm glad someone else noticed this as well.
