Could you explain the support for the last part of answer (c) where it says "provides a useful model fo rhistorians of political theory"?

@Steph, Boram, and @BradG,

Happy to help. The question is asking us for the main idea of the
passage, so we're looking for the overall point.

(C) says, "Pocock’s linguistic approach, though not applicable to all
eighteenth-century political texts, provides a useful model for
historians of political theory"

In looking at lines 50-52, we see the author's main point of the
passage and the support for (C). In particular, lines 59-62 reveal to
us that the author has a positive view of Pocock, as he says, "and to
applaud the historian (Pocock) who, though guilty of some
exaggeration, has done the most to make us aware of their importance."

Ultimately, this passage is more about Pocock than about 18th-century
texts, which is why we can eliminate (B) since (B) doesn't mention
Pocock at all.

Does this make sense? Let us know if you have any other questions!
