Hey there,

Happy to help. Let's identify the codes first.

Harry could never have defeated Voldemort unless he was the chosen one.

CO=Chosen One
DV=Deafeated Voldemort

'Unless' is a word that tells us that whichever thing we put in the
sufficient condition, we negate it.

not CO (not chosen one) - >never DV (never defeated Voldemort)

The contrapositive of this statement is

DV (defeated Voldemort) - >CO (chosen one)

DV - >CO is exactly what we're looking for, and it's what (C) gives us,
so (C) is the correct answer.

Does this make sense? Let us know if you have any other questions!
