(B) vs (E)

B vs. E Could someone please help me understand how answer choices (B) and (E) relate to the argument, and why (E) is incorrect? I was debating between (B) and (E), and I chose (E). (B) Tells us that diabetics need the label to be able to identify products that contain no sugar. Ok? Well, many people who need to lose weight will misinterpret this label and harm themselves. What information are we given that would justify us choosing to protect one group more than the other? Is (B) correct simply because the answer choice states that the label needs to “expressly state that the product contains no sugar.”? How do we know that the same is not true for the other group?
