It seemed like there was no need to diagram this question. That would save a lot of time. Is there a way to spot this while reviewing the question?

Hi there,

Generally speaking, if a question is lacking in certain key indicator words (if, only, unless, any, none, some, most, all), then there's a good chance you wont' have to diagram it. It also depends on the question stem. For example, I would diagram principle questions less often than I would diagram parallel reasoning questions, and I would be more likely to diagram a long, complicated question. Hope this helps!
