Hello @hales,E is incorrect because it is backwards. The fact that humans have evolved very little since the development of agriculture is offered as a premise in support of the claim that humans are still biologically adapted to a diet of wild foods. This is illustrated by the conclusion- and premise-identifying language used in the passage:
"Because humans have evolved very little since the development of agriculture, it is clear that humans are still biologically adapted to a diet of wild foods..."
"It is clear" indicates a conclusion whereas "because" identifies a premise that is used to support said conclusion.
