@charlierusso04,

Happy to help. The argument in the stimulus is flawed because it's
trying to reverse a "most" statement, which is something that can't be
done. The conclusion is flawed because there could be far more
bicyclists who are under 18 than over 18.

Let's take a look at (E).

(E) says, "In Sheldon everyone over the age of 60 who knits also sews,
but not everyone over the age of 60 who sews also knits. It follows
that among people over the age of 60 in Sheldon there are more who sew
than there are who knit."

(E) is actually a valid argument. Let's pretend there are 10 people
over the age of 60 in Sheldon who knit. All 10 sew. However, in
addition to those 10 people, there could be another 5 people who just
sew, which means that there are 15 people who sew and 10 who knit. We
know there's at least one person who sews but doesn't knit because
we're told that "not everyone over the age of 60 who sews also knits."
Thus, (E)'s conclusion is valid, so it can't be the correct answer
choice.

(C) says, "Most of the residents of Sheldon who voted in the last
election are on the Conservative party's mailing list, whereas most of
Sheldon's residents who did not vote are not on the list. It follows
that most of the residents of Sheldon on the Conservative party's
mailing list voted in the last election."

(C) has the same flaw that we found in the stimulus. (C) is saying
that most As are Bs, and most not As are not Bs, so therefore most Bs
are As. This is the same flaw, so this is the correct answer choice.

Does this make sense? Let us know if you have any more questions!
