@chris_va, yes. Both "without" and "unless" are conditional logic indicators that tell you that you should take whatever immediately follows these terms, negate it, and make it the sufficient condition.dmorg571 August 3, 2021
I thought "without" and "unless" are followed by the necessary condition. That's what the book says. So, what's going on?
