Which one of the following, if true, most strengthens the teacher's argument?

â€œIfâ€ clause

It was my understanding that if in this question introduces strengthen with sufficient, given that if often introduces sufficient premises. Can someone explain would only be a general strengthen question?

I also found the "if" confusing but I initially went with my gut as just a normal strengthener.

I'm confused on the question, I thought the correct answer is strengthen with sufficient premises, how it could be the incorrect answer if it provides sufficient premises?
