Also Meredith, remember that "no" is a S & N indicator. When you see "no" follow the rules: 1) pick a variable to make the sufficient condition 2) negate the other variable to make it the necessary condition. So that last sentence reads: "Moreover, NO applications have been found for grades of plastic that are lower than the currently lowest commercial grade.
Our variables: Applications (A) and Plastics that are lower than the currently lowest commercial grade (PLCLG)
Diagram following the rules (I chose applications/a to be my sufficient) then I negated the remaining variable (plastics that are lower than the currently lowest commercial grade/PLCLG) to be the necessary
Looks like:
A ---> not PLCLG
PLCLG ---> not A (contrapositive and thus same meaning)

I keep making the same mistake in diagramming No statements. When I read No Applications..., I made "Not A" my S, and negated the PLCLG for N
