Compound Conditions
Why is "build the water and sewer systems" treated as a compound condition in this problem yet back in practice problem #22 enjoying a wide variety of foods and spices is not written as a compound statement?

In this question, it actually works out both ways, whether you treat it as a compound condition or not. It really depends on the question stem, but in general, I would err on the side of treating it "and" as a compound. Hope this helps!
