Compound Condition? Yes or No?
I see that there are two different ways instructors have diagrammed the first principle of the stimulus - with a compound S condition and a S condition with no "and" ..... how are both correct?

Here, it doesn't really make a difference. It might technically be more correct to use an "and," and I would recommend erring on the side of using them. It's not, however, wrong to leave out the "and" here as long as we recognize it. Think of it as a notation shortcut as opposed to meaning something different. Hope this helps!
