Hi LSAT Max, Can someone break down the stimulus as well as how to arrive at the correct answer? I didn't choose (c) because the husband doesn't explicitly state anything in regards to the wife's comment of using the money for their daughter's education. Thanks!

The wife argues that it is best to sell and use the proceeds to finance their daughter's education, whereas the husband says that its sentimental value as a link to the past is more important.
