Guru Game?

I am a bit confused at the set up on this game, as it is within the "guru games" lesson homework. Are there other deductions I should be able to make in order to make this a guru game? It doesn't show that in the video and I was unable to complete that set up on my own.

I am not sure why this game is within the guru section, it is an open grouping game with rules allowing for numerous scenarios. How do you know that you should stop making deductions for this game after going through the conditions? I tried to make possible scenarios bc I believe rule 2 is pretty restricting. Thanks!
