Hello @Ryan-Mahabir,
We know from the passage that a hit song (HS) is played thousands of time on the radio (1,000x).
HS - - - - - - - - - - - -> 1,000x
Songs written for movie sound tracks (ST) often become hits (HS). (If this happens often, we know at least some of them become hit songs.)
ST - - - - some - - - - - > HS - - - - - - - - - - - -> 1,000x
If some sound track songs become hits, then we know that some sound track songs are played on the radio thousands of times. This is one of those if/then questions for which it can be helpful to make a diagram.
