This question stem wording was highly confusing to me - can someone rephrase it in more common terms / how would you know reading this this is an error in reasoning question?

@Meredith,

Great question. Thank you for bringing it to y attention- there is a typo in the question stem. It should read:

it is an error of reasoning question - "flawed" is a common indicator in the question stem - that presents a claim, "the role of the Uplandian supreme court is to protect all human rights," followed by an argument that concludes that this claim must be false, "it cannot be true that the role of the Uplandian supreme court is to protect all human rights." But the argument that leads to this conclusion is flawed, and the question asks us to identify the flaw.

Does that make sense?

Let me know if you have any further questions.
