I know it is not a S&N question, but I am really curious to know how to diagram this sentence. I has both No and Without. "No state can be called totalitarian without inviting a mistaken belief." Thanks!

The statement essentially says that if you call a state totalitarian, you will be inviting mistaken belief:

CT -> MB

The proper contrapositive of this statement is:

~MB -> ~CT

No mistaken belief, no state is called totalitarian.
