I guess they meant "enjoy" as to benefit from. I rarely use that definition of enjoy so it went over my head as I went through the choices.

In this case, the term "enjoy" the opportunities is used to mean "benefit from" rather than "elicit happiness." Given the context of the sentence, this is just a unique use of the word, not an assumption. If this application of the word were to make you uneasy about choosing A, using the process of elimination that you mentioned is a good way to confirm your choice.
