The rules tell us that any computer is bought in an earlier or the same year as the printer in the same office, thus any printer must be either bought in the same year or a later year. Since C1 is 88, P1 has to be 88 or 89. The rule tells us that C2 and P1 were bought in the same year, hence C2 must also be 88 or 89.
