How could L and M both be in area T at noon?

The rules specifically say "L is not in any detection area that M is in." I assumed even if L is in the overlapping area of T and R or T and S (which M obviously can't be in an overlapping area), it is still considered within T. Since the correct answer says M would also be in T, why is this not contradictory?

@audreytienyi,

The question is asking us which is a complete and accurate list of planes any one of which could be within area T at noon, which means considering every possible scenario, which of the planes could possibly be in area T at noon in at least one hypothetical scenario. There is no requirement for both - L and M to be in area T at the same time, which would in fact violate the rules as you correctly pointed out.

Let me know if this makes sense and if you have any further questions.
