Choice C
I understand why D is correct; however, what specific aspect of C makes it incorrect? I just want to make sure I have a solid understanding / am eliminating answer choices correctly.

The problem with answer choice C is its use of the word "criminal." The dispute between Yolanda and Arjun is about which crime is more dangerous. Yolanda says that joyriding is more dangerous than computer hacking, but Arjun says that computer hacking can be just as dangerous. There is no discussion about which crime is more "criminal," which I'm guessing would involve felony vs. misdemeanor designation or length of sentence.
