yes Merideth it got me too. I still do not get what she is saying about it not being used in legal interpretation, becasue they said to apply literary appproaches to legal interp. So where is this going

B doesn't work because deconstruction is mentioned just as a currently fashionable attempt that will only confuse legal interpretation, so Posner wouldn't expect it to be the norm for those interpreting the law.
