This can be tricky, but the phrase "most helps to strengthen," "would most strengthen," and "most supports" are typical Strengthen questions. For a Strengthen with Sufficient Premise question, you'll likely see a question like "The conclusion is properly drawn if the argument assumes which of the following?" or "The conclusion follows logically if which of the following is assumed?" For these questions, I often find it helpful to look out for the word "if."
