On questions like these that at the least take 3-4 minutes to set up and deduct and also have 7 questions paired with it how do we complete it in the goal time of 8:30? On my practice test I'm doing well on the games just always find that I'm running out of time at the end. Any tips to be quicker? Or will it just take more and more practice?

8:30 is more of an average time per game, there are easier games that normally only take 5-6 minutes and more challenging games that can take 10 or more minutes - and this one is definitely in the latter category. Practice definitely helps with time management but also focusing on your setup and making sure you make all the necessary inferences is usually key to moving through the questions faster. Rule substitutions questions are often the most challenging ones, so if you are short on time, feel free to skip those.
