Please explain

I don't understand how Henri using the hairdryer guarantees that he is using no more than one of the hairdryer, the razor, the television because there is no rule stating that Henri can't use both the razor and the television together. Please provide clarification.

@kalleyw13,

The rules tell us that he cannot use a hairdryer and a television together, and he cannot use a hairdryer and a razor together. It means that if he is using a hairdryer, he can use neither television nor razor. It is irrelevant whether he can use the razor and tv together, as long as one of the appliances he is using is a hairdryer, he cannot pair it up with the tv or the razor per the rules.

Does this make sense?

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Also, if Henri is using the hairdryer with the razor or the TV.... isn't that using two of the following..? Terribly worded question.
