"Bringing Immoral Guests"
I felt like I couldn't choose D because of "bringing immoral guests" because the guests of the show weren't mentioned in the stimulus. Can I just assume it's their guests rather than the talk show hosts that they say are causing the change?

The stimulus does mention immoral guests - "by constantly being shown the least moral people in society..." refers to the guests rather than the hosts. The TV show host also says "we simply show people..", implying that the hosts are the ones that show the guests to the viewers.
