Strategy for Speed
In the video example it works out that we can eliminate the first 2 answers because of the rules they break that we established initially. However, we lucked out that C was the next answer choice and was correct. If we assume C was switched with E (the last answer choice)- is there another strategy outside of drawing out each of the 3 examples before finally reaching E?

We can eliminate (D) and (E) because they would violate the rule that S & G cannot be inspected on the same day - in fact, one of the inferences we could make during the setup is that S can only be inspected on Monday if G & J are inspected on Tuesday morning and afternoon respectively, else S cannot go on Monday.
(D) has S J and V inspected in the mornings, thus G must be inspected on M afternoon because G must be inspected before J, which would put both S &G on Monday. (E) has S L Z in the mornings, thus the only time slots left for G and J are Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon, which would again put S & G on the same day.
Let me know if this makes sense and if you have any other questions.
