Too fast

I just want to say the instructor is going way too fast in this video, even when explaining things, the explanations are rushed. Which does not help for chunky passages like this.

@kassidee, thanks for letting us know. We'll be sure to incorporate your feedback in the future.

In the meantime, I would recommend pausing the video throughout the explanation to give yourself enough time to fully process each piece of information as you go.

Also, if you would like a typed explanation of the question, just let us know and we'd be happy to provide one!

i am confused if correct answer has "and" why do you change it to "or"

Hello happy to help!

I think it's easiest to understand the importance of this change by looking at a couple examples.

Example 1:

To bake a cake, you need both eggs and flour.

C - > E and F

If you don't have eggs, you cannot bake the cake. Similarly, if you don't have flour, you cannot bake the cake. You do not need to be missing both eggs and flour for it to become impossible to bake the cake. It is sufficient if you are missing only eggs or only flour. Therefore, when writing the contrapositive, you swap the 'and' for 'or.'

No E or No F - > No C

Example 2:

To get the job, you must have five years of experience or a master's degree.

J - > 5Y or MD

If you don't have five years of experience, it is still possible that you could get the job if you have a master's degree and vice versa. In this case, you cannot get the job if you don't have five years of experience and you don't have a master's degree. Because either option would make you qualified for the job, failing to qualify for the job must mean that you don't have five years of experience and you don't have a master's degree.

No 5Y and No MD - > No J

Hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
