If Rosenberg evaluates X during week 1 and F during week 2, which one of the following could be true?

going against a rule?

Wouldn't they have to tell us that the rule where J cannot evaluate two introductory books in a row no longer applies? because this scenerio makes no sense since it is explicitly going against a rule we previously had.
