Hello @Bells,

"Ambiguity inspires interpretation" is the first sentence of the stimulus. The author then proceeds to give an example. "For instance"indicates that this is an example.

When an author gives an example of a general claim, we know we are looking at support for this claim. This is how I was able to identify the conclusion as the first sentence. This is why C is incorrect. "Ambiguity inspires interpretation" is not compatible with accepting or rejecting a conclusion, because it is the conclusion.
