I think you may be misreading the question prompt. This is an EXCEPT
question, so the right answer choice is the person who CANNOT BE the
lowest-ranking tennis player. This means that the four wrong answer
choices are all people who COULD BE the lowest ranking tennis player,
so this may be what's causing the confusion.
