Timing
I'm beginning to understand the process but I really need a full 5-10 minutes to get through a problem like this. Will I speed up eventually? Are there any explanations videos that go through the problem in a few minutes like the real thing?

Practice definitely helps with speed on the LSAT. These kinds of problems aren't one that you're used to at first, but as you become accustomed to doing them, you'll speed up naturally. Keep at it!
