please explain
I have a problem understanding A.
"it will attract able applicants" ..... wouldn't this be shown as NAA (not)? what im trying to say is that the explanation shows the "not attach" without the line negating it.... if the question says "it will attract" wouldn't that be negated?

Unfortunately, we can't see the explanations on our end. But let's walk through this one.
A says: "If the nursing profession solves the problems of low wages and high stress working conditions, it will attract able applicants in greater numbers than it currently does."
If the first sentence of the stimulus, we are told that "Nursing schools cannot attract a greater number of able applicants than they currently do UNLESS the problems of low wages and high stress working conditions in the nursing profession are resolved.
The stimulus establishes resolving the problems of low wages and high stress working conditions in the nursing profession as a NECESSARY condition. This means that school can't attract a greater number of able applicants WITHOUT resolving those issues. However, that does not mean that if they do resolve those issues, they have magically solved the problem of applicants. Rather, even if they do resolve the low wage/high stress issues, there could be other dilemmas (such as more people being afraid of blood, more people not wanting to work in hospitals because of germ exposure, or to save on AC bills in the hot months, more universities relocating their nursing schools to Antarctica, etc.) that are preventing schools from being able to attract able applicants.
This answer choice is an issue of mistaken reversal. It flips the terms around without negating them, making a converse error.
