Hello @khoward,Focus on the sequencing chain that was drawn on the right side. By "same position," I assume that you mean that O and M each must have joined the firm after a minimum of two people.
H - N - O
and
K - J - M
Remember that this is only the minimum! O and M could also have three people ahead of them, which would place them in 1964.
Consider this:
H K J M N O G I
This is just an example, but do you see that M is in the 4th spot (1964)?
Are any rules broken here? No, because H is still before N and N is before O.
I can do something similar and put O in the 4th spot.
K H N O J M G I
Any rules broken? No, because K is before J and J is before M.
