I've seen a Iot of responses directing us to the Support Team, but I don't understand why instructors are not able to inform the support team themselves when an issue is raised here or why the support team isn't actively reading the forums to identify issues with the content.
The UI should at least be made easier to raise incidents, but instead we have to spend 30 minutes out of our day raising an incident and then driving the conversation forward to fix content that we paid for and that should already be functional. The reason some of us, at least myself, pay for these online services is because we are already stretched for time and cannot fit a scheduled session in, so then to be burdened with managing fixing your own software in our study or free time is frustrating.

I don't mean to disrespect any staff members in the LSATMAX team. I'm only pointing out that your process to resolve content/UI issues is needlessly burdensome and frustrating for the customers.
