Why is the answer D over E?
If Q and T are among the birds assigned to the cages and a parakeet pair has to be exhibited to adhere to the second condition, then isn't is R/S and W? Why is R and W over S and W?

You are very close! You have made the inference that W must be exhibited.
Now take a look at the third rule: J or W - -> not S
W is exhibited, so we know that S must be caged. This means that RW must be exhibited.

The button for clicking "explanation" is buggy. When you press it, the menu button pops up and then disappears right away. Sometimes if you just hover over the explanation button, the menu will stay and allow you to click the explanation video. Other times, it does not.
